Note: Please skip this section if you dont want to set-up xnat and just want to analyze your data.
Following are the steps one needs to follow to set up XNAT on the server.
- Installation: This section explore on how to clone docker container on your server, install plugins into your xnat and load the backup of the dataset to set-up the xnat system for you.
- Administration: This section highlights steps one need to take after installing a new version of xnat. It highlights on how to set up script files, create custom variable set, enable DICOM reciever etc.
- Container Service : This section elaborates on how to enable, edit and add new containers to run on your xnat server.
